No fee if you leave within 60 days after notice of a non-pass-through increase.

Right to raise pricesPayroc or its bank may amend, add to or modify rates and fees at their discretion with 30 days' notice, sent by mail, email or with your statement; processing after the effective date means you accept. Interchange and card network pass-throughs change without notice.
