Early termination fee (ETF)If you cancel after your first payroll, you pay 50% of the months left in the term times your average monthly bill over the last 12 months. If you cancel before the service starts, you pay three months of service fees. How the ETF is calculated
50% of the remaining monthly software fees for each month left in the term.
Right to raise pricesPaylocity may update its prices at any time after the initial term (order terms).
