"Commission-free" online ordering: who pays what

A 0% commission doesn't mean the order costs your restaurant nothing. Here is every fee each option charges you, and what it charges your customers, side by side, with sources.

Same template for every vendorUpdated Oct 2, 2026

We know whether the platform charges your customers a fee for 32 of 34 products. "Not published" counts as data: it tells you the vendor doesn't disclose it.

"Commission-free" usually means the platform takes no percentage of your orders. It doesn't mean an order costs your restaurant nothing: card processing, a fixed fee per order, the monthly fee and setup still add up. And some platforms charge your customers a service or support fee on every order, which can make them order less.

The table puts every fee in the same columns for every vendor, with its source. To see what those fees add up to for your own orders, use the fee calculator.
