Our verdict
For chains and multi-brand kitchens that run several delivery apps. A single restaurant can only buy it through a reseller, and every price is by quote.
What we like
- If you buy directly from Deliverect, the shortest subscription is 30 days (paid in advance) and you stop the renewal with 15 days' notice.
- Its terms of service are public and say how renewal, notice and price changes work.
- Integrates with Toast, Square, Clover, SpotOn and Lightspeed, and dispatches deliveries through DoorDash Drive and Uber Direct.
- 24/7 support by chat and WhatsApp.
What to watch
- Every price is by quote, and restaurants with 1 or 2 locations can only buy it through a reseller.
- Deliverect can raise its fees with 30 days' notice, billing starts when it creates your subscription, and prepaid fees aren't refunded.
- Accepting its terms lets Deliverect list you on direct-to-consumer channels where your customers pay it a service fee (amount not published); you opt out through support.
- Your data is deleted when the subscription ends: export it first.
- On its own online ordering, chargebacks are charged to you.
