Not enough verified data yet

We've verified 9 of 13 key facts for this ordering platform. Until we reach 80%, this page shows what we have, with sources, and it isn't a full review.

Our verdict

Built for chains that want ordering, catering and aggregation on one platform. Read the renewal and early-exit clauses: the term renews for the same length and the remaining fees are due if you leave early.

What we like

  • Its agreement is public: renewal, notice, price changes and early exit are written down.
  • Delivery-app order aggregation is included in the platform.
  • Orders go into Toast, Square, NCR Aloha, PAR Brink, Revel and Oracle Simphony.
  • Catering, loyalty, marketing and branded apps on one platform for chains.

What to watch

  • Every price is by quote, and leaving early means paying all the remaining fees.
  • It renews automatically for the same term unless you give notice 60 days before it ends, and prices can go up at each renewal.
  • Branded apps are published under Lunchbox's developer account, and the agreement requires your online orders to go only through Lunchbox.
  • Its latest support guide (April 2026) lists hours of 8 a.m. to 1 a.m. Eastern, not 24/7.
