RTC SCORE

7.0

#6 of 21 with enough data

Our verdict

MenuDrive fits a pickup-heavy restaurant that wants one simple plan with every price published, including processing, and marketing basics included. It is weaker if you want your own website, an app or delivery app orders in the same place without Lavu POS.

What we like

  • Everything is published: $149 a month, $149 setup and a flat 3% + 20¢ per card order, with unlimited orders.
  • Loyalty, coupons, announcements and email automation are included.
  • Phone and email support 24/7, every day of the year.
  • A 60-day trial and a monthly plan with no cancellation fee.

What to watch

  • Your ordering page lives on an orderstart.com address; no website on your own domain or app with your brand.
  • It only integrates with Lavu POS, and delivery app orders come in only if you use Lavu POS too.
  • You cancel by phone before the renewal date, with no prorated refund.
  • No courier service for your direct orders: you deliver with your own drivers.
