RTC SCORE

6.5

#10 of 21 with enough data

Our verdict

Orders2me fits a restaurant that already has a card processor it likes and wants a flat fee without per-order charges. Ask for the subscription terms in writing, because the published ones only cover the website.

What we like

  • A flat monthly fee with no per-order fees, and you keep your own card processor.
  • Month to month, per its FAQ.
  • Phone support and a support team it says is available 24/7.

What to watch

  • A $299 setup fee, and sending orders into your POS takes the $399 plan with $999 setup.
  • Card processing depends on your own processor, so the full cost per order isn't published.
  • Its published terms cover the website, not the subscription: refunds, notice and price changes aren't in writing.
  • A website and branded apps are $100 a month each, plus setup.
