RTC SCORE

4.2

#21 of 21 with enough data

Our verdict

GloriaFood was a low-cost way to take direct orders, but it no longer accepts new restaurants and Oracle ends it on April 30, 2027. If you use it today, export your customers and plan the move; if you are choosing now, it isn't an option.

What we like

  • For restaurants already on it until the shutdown: the ordering plan costs the restaurant $0, with no commission and no order limit; online card payments cost $29 a month.
  • Card payments go straight to your own gateway.
  • You can export your customers' contacts and orders, which matters before the shutdown.

What to watch

  • It no longer accepts new restaurants, and Oracle shuts it down on April 30, 2027, with no direct replacement: any restaurant on it has to move.
  • Card processing depends on your own gateway, so the full cost per order isn't published.
  • Support by chat 24/5 and email, with no phone line.
  • The provider Oracle points to, FoodAmigos, shows no US offer on its own site.
