Initial termNot publishedPopmenu (opens in a new tab) · Contract or terms · The minimum commitment is set in each subscription agreement and Popmenu doesn't publish its length; its pricing page says an annual plan locks in a 10% discount for 12 months. A trial that turns into a paid plan has no minimum commitment.
Automatic renewalRenews for 12 monthsPopmenu (opens in a new tab) · Contract or terms · One-year renewals unless your subscription agreement says otherwise; if it rules out automatic renewal, it continues until either side gives 30 days' written notice.

Early termination fee (ETF)You can't cancel during the minimum commitment period (except for Popmenu's uncured breach or insolvency); trying to makes the unpaid fees of that whole period due at once. After it, you give 30 days' written notice before the end of the term, and fees already paid aren't refunded.Popmenu (opens in a new tab) · Contract or terms ·
How the ETF is calculated
100% of the remaining monthly software fees for each month left in the term.
Exclusive processing commitment in the contractNoPopmenu (opens in a new tab) · Vendor website · Payments run through your own processor (Popmenu lists Stripe, Authorize.net and PayPal among its integrations), which charges you directly.
Right to raise pricesAfter the minimum commitment period, or in a renewal, Popmenu may raise its fees, including the per-order fee, to its current rate card with 60 days' written notice. Discounts for several services or for paying upfront end if you cancel one service or change how often you pay.Popmenu (opens in a new tab) · Contract or terms ·
Trial periodNot publishedPopmenu (opens in a new tab) · Contract or terms · A 30-day trial may be available for some software subscriptions, for new clients only and at Popmenu's discretion; Popmenu doesn't say which plans qualify. After it the subscription continues and is charged unless you cancel with 30 days' notice.
Charges before you go liveYesPopmenu (opens in a new tab) · Contract or terms · The subscription starts when you sign, whatever your go-live date, and the first payment and any one-time fees are due that day.
