Our verdict

Menufy suits a restaurant that wants its website, ordering and marketing handled for a flat monthly fee and can do without an app. Count the transaction fee of up to $2.50 per order, which you or your customer pay, and get the exit terms of the 12-month option in writing before you sign.

What we like

  • No percentage commission; website, Google ordering, loyalty and email and text marketing are in every plan.
  • Month to month at $179 with no penalty to leave, or $149 with 12 months and the equipment included.
  • Support by phone and text, 24/7, and a success manager who reviews your results every month.
  • It fights chargebacks for you (except on Clover).

What to watch

  • A transaction fee of up to $2.50 on every order, on top of the monthly fee and processing: either you pay it or your customer pays it as a convenience fee.
  • The exit terms of the 12-month option aren't published, and HungerRush's terms, which cover Menufy, make you owe the whole term unless your agreement says otherwise.
  • HungerRush's terms give it a license to use data about your customers.
  • No app with your brand.
