Not enough verified data yet

We've verified 6 of 13 key facts for this ordering platform. Until we reach 80%, this page shows what we have, with sources, and it isn't a full review.

Our verdict

Built for chains with their own app and technology team. Nothing about price or contract is published: ask for the term, renewal and exit terms in writing before you sign.

What we like

  • Connects with the POS you already use (Toast, Square, NCR, Oracle Micros and others) and with hundreds of partners.
  • Delivery for your own orders through a network of delivery providers, with the fee paid by your customer.
  • The Olo App (in beta, for existing Olo customers) lists your restaurant with no commission to you; Olo doesn't say what your customers pay there.
  • Brands keep ownership of their guest data, and Olo Pay handles fraud and disputes.

What to watch

  • No published prices or contract: everything is by quote.
  • Changed owners in September 2025 (Thoma Bravo).
  • Its last annual report (February 2025) described contracts of three years or more that renew automatically.
  • Support hours aren't published; its public help center only shows a request form.
