Plus any processing fee tied to software financing (Merchant Agreement §8.4). How the ETF is calculated
100% of the remaining monthly software fees for each month left in the term.
Right to raise pricesSoftware fees stay the same during the initial term. Toast may change card rates and other non-software fees at any time with 30 days' written notice, and any fee at or during a renewal.
